Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Parish and School is seeking a Facilities and Maintenance Coordinator to oversee the care, safety, and efficient operation of our parish and school facilities. This hands-on leadership position is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and improvement of buildings, grounds, and systems across the campus.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and perform maintenance and repair for parish and school buildings and grounds
Coordinate preventive maintenance for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other mechanical systems
Monitor facility safety and compliance with diocesan and local regulations
Assist with setup and logistics for parish and school events
Manage maintenance budgets, equipment, and supplies
Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in facilities or maintenance management (school or institutional experience preferred)
Strong mechanical, electrical, and general maintenance skills
Ability to work collaboratively with parish and school staff
Organizational and communication skills essential
Must support and uphold the mission and values of the Catholic Church
Hours: Full-time, with occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
Salary: Commensurate with experience.
