Location: Our Lady of Lourdes
Position Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Parish and School is seeking a Facilities and Maintenance Coordinator to oversee the care, safety, and efficient operation of our parish and school facilities. This hands-on leadership position is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and improvement of buildings, grounds, and systems across the campus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and perform maintenance and repair for parish and school buildings and grounds

  • Coordinate preventive maintenance for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other mechanical systems

  • Monitor facility safety and compliance with diocesan and local regulations

  • Assist with setup and logistics for parish and school events

  • Manage maintenance budgets, equipment, and supplies

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in facilities or maintenance management (school or institutional experience preferred)

  • Strong mechanical, electrical, and general maintenance skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively with parish and school staff

  • Organizational and communication skills essential

  • Must support and uphold the mission and values of the Catholic Church

Hours: Full-time, with occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
Salary: Commensurate with experience.
